Quotes
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the information and photos you give us. If the job turns out to be different on site, we will discuss any change in price with you before we continue.
Bookings and access
Please make sure we can safely access the areas to be worked on at the agreed time, including roofs, windows and parking for our vehicle. Let us know about pets, alarms or access codes in advance.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move a booking. Late cancellations may be charged a call-out fee.
Weather
Exterior work such as painting, waterproofing and solar panel cleaning depends on the weather. We may move your booking for safety or quality reasons, and we will let you know as early as possible.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote and invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable on completion by EFT.
Our workmanship
We do our work with care and to the standard agreed. If you are not happy with part of the job, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to put it right.
Liability
We take care around your property and belongings. We are not responsible for damage caused by existing defects such as loose tiles, weak glass seals or failing plaster, which we will point out where we notice them.
